Exception is granted for expressed purchase to share training for a 7-module course with the entire company, organization, or team. It is assumed individuals who invest in the “General” course is for personal use only by immediate family.


Payment options for month subscriptions or 3-pay course

By selecting the “Order Now” or similar button and providing your credit card and other information for a 3-payment plan or monthly subscription displayed on the website, you agree to allow us to charge your credit card in the agreed amount on the same day/month as your enrollment.

Once initial payment has been secured through our independent bank processor, you will be emailed a link to access your course or subscription and set up your personal login and password information.

You acknowledge and understand that you can cancel anytime by contacting customer support and submit a cancellation request to our email, support@The3SecretSkillsofTopPerformers.com 

Payment terms for orders

Payment for product(s) or services ordered is due prior to shipment or provision of services. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other prearranged method such as PayPal. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on your invoice order as described, and a receipt will be emailed to the address you provided.

State sales taxes   will be added in the state where the physical product order is placed and NOT drop shipped. Sales tax is included for courses and downloadable products.

Cancellation policy…

With any 30-day warranty or monthly subscription you may cancel without providing a reason by emailing your name and product/program/subscription name and date of monthly billing to support@The3SecretSkillsofTopPerformers.com

Shipping & delivery charges

Unless free shipping is stated in the product description, your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the invoice/receipt emailed back to the address you provided on your order.

Occasionally, products like books and DVDs are subject to production schedules of print-on-demand companies we use. But typically orders placed are shipped out in 2-3 business days. F.O.B. San Diego or from our fulfillment center NW of Chicago.

For domestic orders in the continental U.S., we use USPS and sometimes UPS and minimally insure delivery for the standard $50. Our standard practice is to ship via the media rate for approximately $4-5.00 depending on the weight and dimensions and take 7-10 business days for delivery. We will not ship to any A.P.O address overseas typically used by service members. There will be an option to select the USPS 2-day mailer envelope for currently $7.60 but subject to moderate price increases.

For International orders outside of the continental U.S., the standard rate is upwards of $25 added to your invoice/receipt. We suggest all foreign addresses be verified before placing an order. It is possible foreign postal authorities may quarantine packages for up to 10-14 days upon inspection, and we have no control over their policies.

Every effort is made to create informative products that can be downloaded for immediate use and avoid costly shipping charges and delays.

If your shipping container is damaged and results in damages to the interior contents, then your claim must be made with the shipper.  You must get a RGA # by contacting our San Diego office 1-858-886-9820 or drpete@The3SecretSkillsofTopPerformers.com

No physical product(s) may be refunded until the items are returned. Place the returns goods authorization # on the return address label on the outside of the carton. On the duplicate papers inside the return carton also include your name, address, city, state, zip, and telephone number. Also please state the nature of the problem with the damaged contents.

It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. We require all physical product(s) be returned so we can assess the kind of defect and improve our quality control. We also reserve the right to replace any defective product(s) at no further expense to the investor.


For all our d/b/a outlet websites we provide accurate and ample descriptions of our products and services. Therefore, we do not allow returns for products unless they are damaged in shipment or through our duplicating processes.  We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any products or services offered on any third-party site.
