7-Module Courses - General; Business; Education; Athletics<\/span><\/h1>

The purpose of the 7-module course is to rapidly educate and reinforce learning the contents of the book.<\/span><\/h3>

Each course has specific messaging.\u00a0 The foundations are based on understanding the personal needs and values and goals of the performers. Intrinsic motives are more powerful than using the traditional extrinsic motives of the past. <\/span><\/h3>

The problem with extrinsic motives<\/strong> is leaders must keep increasing the amount of the reward to improve the performance of a few.<\/span><\/h3>

A second problem<\/strong> is most performers do not know a SYSTEM to change their behaviors to get different results. The Triad Performance Improvement System is an answer.<\/span><\/h3>

A third common problem<\/strong> not often addressed is the carryover of personal problems into the workplace to hinder performance improvement.<\/span><\/h3>
